Our main office is conveniently located at the Lawrence Medical Plaza near downtown Lawrence and Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

Our Lawrence office is located at 1112 W. 6th Street, Suite 210, Lawrence, KS 66044.

In addition to facilities for patient consultations and office visits, we have well-equipped procedure rooms which allow us to perform many minor procedures and aesthetician services in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. This also serves as our main business office, where billing and insurance questions can be addressed. Lawrence Surgery Center

Many of our outpatient and overnight stay procedures are performed at the Lawrence Surgery Center. Located within the medical building that houses our main office, this state-of-the-art facility opened in 2000 to provide a convenient, patient-friendly and safe setting for outpatient surgical operations. The center is jointly owned by Lawrence Memorial Hospital and several surgeons in the community, including Dr. Thellman and Dr. Keller. Private rooms are provided for those patients requiring an overnight stay. Anesthesia services are provided by Lawrence Anesthesia, P.A., an experienced group of physicians and nurse anesthetists who also provide services at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. The center is fully accredited by the AAAHC and is a participating provider for most insurance plans. See map for directions.

Lawrence Memorial Hospital

Outpatient surgery and those procedures requiring inpatient admission are performed at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. This modern 173 bed facility is the perfect setting for our more extensive procedures, providing a full range of medical services in a convenient, friendly setting. Dr. Thellman and Dr. Keller maintain full active staff privileges and are involved with various medical staff activities at LMH. Dr. Thellman served as chief of surgery at the hospital for 2000-2001. Topeka office

At the request of many of our patients and physicians in the Topeka area, we opened a satellite office in 2003 at Tallgrass Surgical Center - Robert T. McElroy Building, Suite 220, Topeka, KS

This allowed patients from Topeka and surrounding areas to see us closer to their homes and for us to work in closer collaboration with physicians in Topeka. We currently see patients in the facilities of the Tallgrass General and Vascular Surgical Group on Wednesday afternoons, but may be expanding our hours in the future. Scheduling is done through our main office and may be done by calling our toll free number 1-866-298-2986.

Patients who wish to remain in Topeka for their outpatient surgical procedures can choose the facilities of the Tallgrass Surgical Center located on the first floor of this same building.

Tallgrass Surgical Center

This new 20,000 square foot surgery center, opened in 2002, is a beautiful setting for outpatient and overnight stay patients. Staffed by excellent nurses and board certified anesthesiologists, patients are given personal care in a convenient setting. Spacious private rooms are provided for our overnight stay patients. The facility is accredited by AAAHC and is a participating provider with many insurance plans.
